We are unable to guarantee shipping by or on specific dates. That said, we will work with you if you make specific requests. Express shipping may incur additional charges.
Standard Shipping costs
We charge $15 for shipping across Canada. *Items discounted at a rate of 30% off or more will not qualify for free shipping offer. A $20 flat shipping fee will be applied for these products. *Items going to the territories may also be subject to an additional shipping cost. Once your order is placed, we will reach out to you on a case by case basis to insure we get the most inexpensive rate available.
When Will My Order Ship?
- Orders made from https://rumorboardshop.com/ will ship within 2-4 business days from when the order was placed.
Shipping outside of Canada:
As of August 29th, 2025 all shipments to the United States are subject to a 30% tariff upon arrival. Tariffs are not included in our shipping. Please be aware and research local tariffs and taxes.
Refused Shipments
- All shipments refused by the buyer for delivery will be charged return shipping. This will come out of the refund.
- This is exempt if they were instructed to do so by Rumor Staff.

Where is My Order?
Once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed. You can download Route’s mobile app for iOS or Android to visually track your package and receive real-time notifications on its estimated delivery.
How Does Route Work?
If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.

How Does Route Process Refunds or Reorders?
Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal, shipping, and taxes if the merchant has Automatic Issue Resolution enabled.
In both cases, the Route Premium cost will not be refunded.
Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock availability. Unavailable items will be refunded. Route will cover the cost of any reorders including shipping, taxes, and Route Shipping Protection.
When Should I File a Claim?
Marked As Delivered (Stolen)
- Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
Stuck In Transit (Lost)
- For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 7 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.
- For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.
Damaged
- Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 30 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.

If your order has arrived to you damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing.

EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT
Rumor offers exchange or store credit for regular priced items that are unworn, with original tags attached within 14 days of receipt. We do not do refunds and all Sale items are final sale.
FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
For exchanges or in-store credit Rumor must be contacted by email rumorboardshop@gmail.com or phone 780-980-2876 for authorization, within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of their exchange. This includes courier fees, import charges, and applicable taxes. Please ensure you have kept original tags attached, have the original receipt and the returning item is unworn. Once we receive the item back we will issue a store credit or ship out the item to be exchanged. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange has been processed.
Items discounted at a rate of 30% off or more may not be eligible for Free Shipping offer.
RETURN SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGE
Rumor will not accept or assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages being returned. It is recommended that returns be made through a reliable courier, with a tracking number or traceable system.
Rumor reserves the right to cancel any order. It is rare, most cancellations occur based upon lack of information, unverified shipping addresses, or fraudulent information. If an order is cancelled, please contact Rumor 780-980-2876 or rumorboardshop@gmail.com to rectify the issue.
To purchase an item using an in-store credit, please call Rumor 780-980-2876. We will process the credit for you and ship out your item.
