Online Exchange & Refund Policy
Rumor offers exchange or store credit for regular priced items that are unworn, with original tags attached within 14 days of receipt. We do not do refunds and all Sale items are final sale.
FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
For exchanges or in-store credit Rumor must be contacted by email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 780-980-2876 for authorization, within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of their exchange. Please ensure you have kept original tags attached, have the original receipt and the returning item is unworn. Once we receive the item back we will issue a store credit or ship out the item to be exchanged. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange has been processed.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
We do our best to make sure your order gets to the intended destination undamaged and on time by using trusted couriers when sending out your package. Unfortunately, things don't always go as planned. We recommend purchasing SHIP INSURE when placing your order to insure you are fully covered in the event of damage, loss, or theft. Please make sure to add SHIP INSURE to all your order so we can guarantee your money back.

RETURN SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGE
Rumor will not accept or assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages being returned. It is recommended that returns be made through a reliable courier, with a tracking number or traceable system.
Rumor reserves the right to cancel any order. It is rare, most cancellations occur based upon lack of information, unverified shipping addresses, or fraudulent information. If an order is cancelled, please contact Rumor 780-980-2876 or email@example.com to rectify the issue.
To purchase an item using an in-store credit, please call Rumor 780-980-2876. We will process the credit for you and ship out your item.
